1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bazi99 reserves the right to close all but one account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated while in breach of this rule.

3. Deposits and Funding Your Account

bazi99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your bazi99 wallet in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bazi99 does not accept cryptocurrency, cash transfers, or payment methods not listed on the platform's cashier page.

Deposits are processed in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical issue affecting a payment partner, processing times may be extended. bazi99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking service outages, or network issues on the player's side.

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their bazi99 account belong to them and are obtained from legitimate sources. bazi99 cooperates fully with any investigation into suspected money laundering or financial fraud. 4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — and only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met — may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional mechanics, collusion, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

6. Gameplay, Fair Use, and Prohibited Conduct

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
